The numbering is entirely random, and when the order enters the production process, a number is assigned, which will not be available again.

You will know the number of your item once you receive it at the location you specify.

For example, a piece of art, a haute couture dress, or an exclusive event can be considered a "one-off."

For each product, you will find a size guide that displays the measurements of the desired item. This way, you can select your ideal size.

To prolong the life of your One – Off product, it is important to take special care. Make sure to handle the garment with caution so that the fibers maintain their structure and natural moisture. We recommend alternating daily use to reduce wear.

Refer to the label for washing instructions. We recommend using a professional cleaning service.

We produce unique garments; treat them as they deserve. It's not a mass-produced item that will wear out in a few months, so please take care.

Orders within the Iberian Peninsula:

The randomness in the numbering of our products means that we work on a made-to-order basis, resulting in a delivery time of between 7 and 9 business days.

Once you place the order, production begins, as we do not have it in stock since that unique garment did not exist before you ordered it.

You can also opt for premium shipping, in which case you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days.

In the event of excessive demand or saturation in our workshop, the delivery time may extend to 20 business days. If this happens, we will contact you to inform you of the new estimated date and confirm the order.

Orders outside the Iberian Peninsula:

Orders within the Iberian Peninsula:

For purchases over 80€, One – Off Marbella will cover the shipping costs.

To ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition on the estimated date of 7 to 9 business days, the transportation and insurance cost is 3.80€.
If you want to receive your order in 3 to 5 business days, you can choose our premium shipping option with a transportation and insurance cost of 9.99€.

Orders outside the Iberian Peninsula:

For purchases over 250€, One – Off Marbella will cover the shipping costs.
