LEGAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW (Instagram draw)
1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION
The company One - Off Marbella® with address at C. Valentuñana, 17, 29601 Marbella, Málaga organizes the international draw, to be carried out through the Internet.
2.- PROMOTION DATE
The Promotion will end after 7 days of publication. That is, on Wednesday, May 22nd, and the winners will be announced on Thursday, May 23rd.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be as follows:
Only participants who own an Instagram account can participate.
Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the Instagram social network mentioning their favorite number during the participation period. Additionally, they must share a screenshot of the indicated video on their stories, tagging the brand. In case the participant's profile is private, they must send us a screenshot via Instagram messaging as proof of having uploaded the video to their story.
Participants can only participate with a single Instagram profile. If it is detected that a participant is using multiple Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified.
It is also necessary for the winning account to follow the brand.
4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winners (3) will be chosen randomly. The winners will be announced on May 23, 2024, through the brand's social media profiles.
The prize will consist of a trip to Marbella, which includes transportation up to a maximum of €200, 4 nights in a hotel (to be defined upon indicating the dates of attendance), a 4-hour boat trip on one of the 4 days, and tickets to a concert at Starlite.
The celebration of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
The prize delivery will be interrupted if it is evident that any of the winners fraudulently use the prize.
If it is evident that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements stipulated in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null, and they will be automatically excluded from the draw, losing all rights to the prizes awarded in this draw.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and image will not be allowed either. We will not be responsible for damages caused by comments made by participants in the draw, which may offend the sensitivity of other participants at any time.
Participation in this draw, as well as the publication of comments made by participants in the publications, must not violate under any circumstances the Community Rules of Instagram or the Instagram Terms of Use.
7.- DISCLAIMER
For example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this draw, nor are we responsible for the participant's use of the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to their personal data being included in a file, owned by us, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and advertising its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not prejudice or impair the rights of the Participants in the draw.
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is conducted.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with the laws of Spain. The courts and tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or compliance of these bases.
